How it works
After a consultation, your practitioner prepares a personalised formula and explains exactly how to take it. A typical supply is provided by the week.

Taking your granules
- Dissolve the extract in warm water (around 70–80°C).
- Take twice a day, usually on an empty stomach, morning and evening.
- The amount of water does not matter, as long as the granules dissolve fully.
Your practitioner may review and adjust your formula as your condition changes.
